In Conversation with Manouchehr Ahadpour Khanghah – Chapter 5

Amelia was supposed to go to one of Manouchehr’s work sites for an interview today so she may get a firsthand view of his place of operation. In this way, she would get first-hand exposure to how Manouchehr does the work and manages the work sites. She could ask questions in depth by being there in person and understand the corporate culture and functioning in depth.

Hello, Mr. Manuchehr. Honored I am to have an opportunity of speaking to you today. As agreed upon, we can conduct the interview here. Thanks for being able to take some time with me today.

Amelia: Mr. Manouchehr, what are some important things you think about when picking a place for a project?

Manouchehr Ahadpour: When choosing a place for any project, accessibility and the possibility of growth are two things in my mind. By accessibility, I mean if the roads are in good shape or not and the transport facility is present there or not. Equally, I consider the future development of the place: that is, places which in the future may develop more or which people may live and work in more. It is also important what the area around the project would look like-a vivid and developing neighborhood can make property much more attractive and impressive.

Amelia: What kind of properties do you like to put your money into?

Manuchehr Ahadpur Khanghah: I use a mix of different investments. I usually go for houses because they give me a steady base. But I’m also interested in business properties because they can bring in more money. Whether I pick houses or business properties depends on what’s happening in the market and what people are looking for. It’s important to understand the market to make good investment choices.

Amelia: What methods do you use to stay updated on the newest developments in the real estate market?

Manouchehr Ahadpur: To stay ahead in the market, I use a variety of methods. I regularly check market statistics and reports to see how things are changing. It’s also crucial to understand what people want and where they’re interested in moving to. Connecting with other experts in the field gives me important information and keeps me updated on new projects and market trends.

Amelia: How has technology changed how you work in real estate?

Mr. Manouchehr: Technology has greatly improved the real estate business. It has made things easier with digital marketing, virtual property visits, and faster transactions. Technology helps us connect with more people and make smart choices based on data, which makes us work better and more effectively.

Amelia: How has technology affected your job in real estate?

Manuchehr Ahadpour: Technology has made the real estate business much better. It simplifies things with online advertising, virtual home tours, and quicker deals. Technology lets us reach more people and make good decisions using information, which helps us work more efficiently.
